You will find the mat to be easy to store and carry thanks to its portable pouch, especially when going outdoors.

 

Upper and lower surface of the mat covered with a breathable mesh,

the Airmesh, in order to prevent and avoid accidental suffocation.

The baby can still breathe even he/she buries his/her face on the mat.

We used a cutting-edge technology for everyone’s safety.

 

We use a special fabric which not only absorbs your baby’s sweat easily, but also eliminates it easily.
Thus, the fabric is dry and soft all the time.

 

 

 

 

While mats from other brands use 13mm-thick cushioning, GIO KIDS MAT uses 16mm-thick padding as well as high-tech Airmesh.

These altogether maintains great cushioning even after using the mat for many hours at a time.

Note (when using the product):

- It is recommended you wash the product before use as there could be some transparent lint on the surface.

- Do not use the product near fire. The form and/or color of the mat can change.

- Do not store the product in hot and/or humid places and/or from direct sunlight as there will be discoloration of the product.

- Please read the washing instructions before you wash the mat.

- Roll the mat and sore it in its provided bag.

- When placing the mat on a bare floor, it could slide leading to accidents. It is recommended placing the mat on a blanket.

 

Note (when washing the product):

- Wash the product in water temperature equal or less than 30℃ as the product could shrink when washed in very hot water.

- Do not keep the product soaked for a long time. Wash it quickly with a non-bleaching detergent.

- Do not boil or do bathtub laundry.

- Colors may transfer, so use detergent dissolved in water.

- Lay flat to dry in the shade.

- Dry the product thoroughly before use as mold can grow on a damp surface.

Returns and Exchanges

Please make sure you have selected right options (e.g. size, color and quantity) prior to completing the order.
Once the order is completed, it is assumed that the customer agreed on our exchange/refund policy.
Requests for exchange/refund are accepted only if the requests are made within 7 days of the date of receipt via our “exchange/refund board”. 

The shipping costs occurring from refund process due to misdelivery or product defect are the responsibility of our shopping mall and we will make our best effort to process your request as soon as possible.


1. Requirements for exchange/refund request
Please take into consideration that Kmall24 accepts refund requests only and not exchange requests.

① Eligible for refund:
- Refund requests that are made within 48 hours of order placement and payment (applicable to orders under [Preparing for shipping] status only)


- If your order remains under [Preparing Products] status for 7 days or longer from the date of payment without any notification from our customer service, 

you can request for cancellation of the applicable product via our Q&A board. 

After you receive your parcel excluding the specific product, please post a refund request on our Q&A board.

- Products that are out of stock
- Misdelivered orders
- Defective products

* Refund requests for the cases stated above are accepted only on condition that the products’ labels and tags are intact and products have not been tried on)
* To get your refund, the returned product must include the free gift given to the purchase of the item and keep its original condition.


② Ineligible for refund:
- Refund requests due to the customer’s change of mind (size, color, etc.)
- Refund requests for the entire order which contains out-of-stock products
- Refund requests for shoes, purses, and accessories are not accepted
- Refund requests for damaged or deformed products due to the customer’s responsibility
* Refund requests for products that have no tags or labels
* Wrinkles made during the shipping process or insufficient finishing due to the nature of the mass production cannot be the reason for the defection.

* Single-product order: Please post a refund request on our Q&A board.
Order number, product code of the out-of-stock product, and the reason for the request are required (out-of-stock). 


*Multiple-product order: Please post a refund request on our Q&A board AFTER you receive the rest of your order.

② Refund of mis-delivered or defective products
Please post a refund request including pictures of the whole products and detailed pictures of the defective parts on our Q&A board.
Our customer service will shortly contact you upon checking on your request.

③ If you find any product(s) of your order missing in your parcel
